Muslim women wearing tudung with improper clothing.

As Muslims, it is necessary for girls to wear tudung once
they have reached puberty. It is clearly stated in the Quran.
It's a matter of choice among individuals- whether they want
to wear it or not. Nobody is forcing them.

What about those who wear tudung but
their clothes are so called improper?
Examples: a girl wearing tudung
while being clad in short-sleeved blouse;
a girl wearing tudung but her clothes
doesn't seem to have enough clothing and so on...

Based on the Quran,
Those wearing tudung are supposed to wear proper clothing as well.
Muslim women are not supposed to reveal their 'assets' to the society.

Therefore, I strongly believe that it is wrong for muslimahs
to wear tudung with improper clothing.
